It’s another new week in Destiny 2 and everyone’s on the lookout for their favourite dodgy vendor once again. With Xur’s new location set to launch in under an hour, we’ll be scouring the web to bring you his exact location as soon as it’s available on July 8th.
He’ll be in another new location this week, ready to sell you an exotic item or two from his bag of tricks.
But, where is Xur this week and what exactly is he selling? Here’s everything you need to know about Xur’s location today.

Every Friday, Destiny 2’s shadiest vendor will change location – stocking up on new exotic weapons, armor rolls, and a cipher quest that could see you snag an older exotic weapon for your inventory.
Of course, Xur will be back this weekend, featuring a whole host of new exotic items for you to buy. Even more exciting, thanks to the arrival of Season of the Lost, he can now sell a number of Legendary items as well – adding even more hype around his location.

Destiny 2 Xur’s location today (as of 6 PM BST/ 10 AM PT/ 1 PM ET Friday, July 1st):

Note: It’s worth noting that the items that Xur drops are always similar in power to the level of your character.
Who is Xur?
The Destiny 2 character Xur: Agent of the Nine is a vendor who sells Legendary and Exotic items in exchange for Legendary Shards.
Each week his location changes on the map and he only appears on the weekends between 12 pm (EST) on Friday to 12 pm (EST) on Tuesday.
But don’t worry, WePC has got your back – we will be locating Xur each and every week and updating this page with Xur’s whereabouts.

He can appear in the public sector of any of the four worlds: Titan, IO, Nessus European Dead Zone, or the Tower.
Obviously, it would be incredibly difficult to find Xur each week on your own, we’ll keep tabs on where he appears as well as what Xur is selling each week, just come back here every Friday at 12 PM (EST).
Why do people want to locate Xur so badly?
The main reason Xur is so popular is simply due to the fact that the exotics that he sells are some of the best in the game.
The items Xur sells include armour – such as chest pieces and helmets – and weapons (knives and guns).
Players can also participate in Xur’s cipher quest, giving players an opportunity to bag an old-school exotic weapon.
